Madison.

I gave each of the dress & skirt styles a name - this is The Madison Skirt. 

Three box pleats front and back, elastic waist.

Love this fabric - fine wale corduroy in espresso, teal, aqua and lime stripe.  Trimmed with jumbo ric rac. 

The fabric makes my eyes jump, but it's so lively, I think any little girl could wear it.
